Student Loan Debt

This idea needs to be taken seriously. There are basically 2 options 1) Wait until the student loan debt bubble bursts the way the housing one did and see the global economy collapse or nearly collapse. 2) Forgive the debt which will free up 800 billions in payments that will then go to other areas up the economy and actually stimulate it… Which option do you think is more likely to happen?

Learning from the past

Getting my income tax recently left me with a budget surplus. What did I do? Give it to everyone around me so they could go buy some stuff at the mall? Or use it to pay off a large portion of my debt? The latter is the answer… sadly the government faced with the same situation 10 years ago did the former.
